Our Report System - Sample Section
|
The structure is by far the most important part of a home inspection, and in most instances, structural problems are expensive to repair.
For this reason most home inspectors pay particular attention to all
structural components to determine if any structural deficiencies exist and make
comments on their findings. The structural explanations provided in The
Home Guide Inspection Report are listed for a more comprehensive understanding
of the comments noted by our inspectors in the Texas mandated report form. |

MAINTENANCE TIPS
In each of the the eight main sections of the Home Guide, you will find helpful maintenance tips
that are provided as a courtesy. Most of the time, maintenance recommendations are
overlooked when an inspector is reviewing the report, or
perhaps the new homeowner is not in attendance at the inspection. Either way, reminding
you of the options for preventative maintenance is an added benefit of our
inspection report and findings. |
